Sign in When you sign in
We receive your Patreon account identifier and the membership identifiers associated with your campaigns. These are used to match your account to creators on Entilock and check your tier before a download. We do not request your email, card details, billing address or permission to post.
Your website session
An essential, secure cookie keeps you signed in for up to 24 hours. The matching server session stores your Patreon identifiers and membership relationships. Sign-out removes that session; expired sessions are automatically removed. Temporary sign-in attempts expire after ten minutes. Download links last one minute, work once and require the same signed-in browser.
Creator accounts
If you connect as a creator, Patreon also asks for permission to read your campaigns and members. We use this to verify ownership and check supporters’ access. Creator connection tokens are encrypted on the server. They are not placed in your files or sent to supporters.
Your creator profile, campaign, tier and release details are kept while your page is part of Entilock. Published profile and release descriptions are public. Uploaded files are stored privately; eligible supporters can download published releases. Creators can review their own files. Archiving hides a release and retains the file, so it can be restored.
Hosting and technical information
Cloudflare hosts Entilock and processes connection information such as IP addresses and requested pages to deliver and protect the service. Creator files are stored in an R2 bucket restricted to the EU; website processing and other service data are not covered by that bucket restriction. We do not add advertising or analytics trackers. Application diagnostics use fixed error categories and do not intentionally log OAuth codes, cookies or tokens.

Devices and the Windows app
The website displays and lets you remove Gelex activations belonging to your Patreon account. Removing an activation affects future licence requests; an already issued session may remain valid for up to 15 minutes. Signing into this website does not create a Windows activation. The separate Windows app and licence service retain the activation records needed to enforce device limits.
Questions or removal requests
Entilock is developed and operated by Gelex. Contact Gelex through Patreon about your data, creator page, connection or files. You can revoke Entilock’s permissions from your Patreon account. Sign out of Entilock to end the current website session.
